How to keep health to avoid any diseases which attack elderly?




Keeping our health is one ofthe most important thing that we must do so that we can live for a longer period of time. The purpose of keeping health is to avoid young death due to some factors of disease. How to keep health easily so that no disease attacks us until we get elderly?

The first thing that we should pay attention is our diet. Food is the key of health, when you eat some good food, so your body will not be contaminated with dangerous substance. However, suppose you don’t manage your diet by eating some junk food, you may get disease someday when you become elderly.
Since, eating junk food and fast food is not a good idea. The effect does not come at the moment, but it will appear after we are getting old like up to 40 years old. There are a lot of disease that can attack you due to eating junk food. It is better that you eat a lot of vegetables and fruit which contain natural mineral and vitamins.
At last, keeping health can be very difficult thing somehow. Since, there are a lot of unhealthy food which tease us every day. Self-awareness is the key to keep yourself healthy forever.
