should pay attention is our diet. Food is the key of health, when you eat some
good food, so your body will not be contaminated with dangerous substance.

get disease someday when you become elderly.
Since, eating junk food and
fast food is not a good idea. The effect does not come at the moment, but it
will appear after we are getting old like up to 40 years old. There are a lot
of disease that can attack you due to eating junk food.
It is better that you eat a lot of vegetables and fruit which contain natural
mineral and vitamins.
