Putting in order of your
diet can be first choice to keep you remains healthy, especially for young
people. However, when you are getting old, you will be feeling difficult to
manage your diet as it is easy to be done at young age. In this case, you need
some alternative instead of exercising for keeping health. Consuming some
supplements may be the second choice to keep health for elderly.
What is supplement?
Supplement is kind of product which has purpose to complete food nutrients necessity
and contains more than one vitamin, mineral, amino acid, or other substances
which come from plants or animals. In fact, supplement cannot be claimed that
it can heal or cure disease because supplement can only reduce any risks of
disease, not for healing.
However, supplement is not
necessary if only you have already fulfilled your nutrient from food. Since,
this nutrient contained in supplement can also be found in our daily food like
vegetables, milk, and meal. The difference is that supplement is simpler and it
has been extracted.
The point is to get direct
vitamin and mineral without effort. In this case, we aim to get the substance
inside the supplement only which is necessary for our body. Still, this cannot
be a cure for a disease, but it can prevent it. And sometimes an elderly needs because most of elderlies
lose appetite.
