On the other hand the rate of population growth in old age could be a problem in itself if not accompanied by adequate policies. One of the most crucial policy in the handling of the elderly group is policy related to the health and well-being. The commission members are appointed by the president and implemented and supervised by the Ministry of Social Affairs. • To add to the role and the ability of families and communities in caring for the frail health.
• In order to sustain the emergence of consciousness as well as promoting the participation of all levels of community members in solving all kinds of problems that might whack the elderly.
